A group of intermediate and advanced Spanish speakers gathering together twice monthly to practice our Spanish speaking skills, make friends and explore the culture of Spanish speaking countries. Shades of Brown book club was founded by two women new to the Denver area. The book club is open to African American sistahs who not only enjoy and appreciate Black literature, but also understand its value and importance to our Community.
